Recently the Raison Home UK network, Belgium network and the French technical team were all invited on a 2 day tour to Armony Cucine and its factories to show us how one of the finest Italian kitchen manufacturers make their product and what sets them apart from the rest of the market.
Who Are Armony Cucine?
Armony Cucuine are a third generation family owned Italian kitchen manufacturer, with over 45 years of experience. The company is also aiming to have a net zero carbon footprint by the end of 2023, thanks to their current ecology efforts, along with their plan to install over 1600 solar panels - which will save 408,000 kg of CO2 per year, or the equivalent of planting 2443 trees per year.

Thanks to Armonys research and innovation - they now have over 200 finishes; exclusive materials that are a joy to see and touch. This means there are so many finishes that you can fully express yourself and make the kitchen of your dreams.
The factory tours
The tour covered 2 main types of factories - The assembly factories and the lacquering factories.
The assembly/storage factories are massive sites; this is mainly because all the units are built by hand with the aid of machines to try and minimise any errors - very similar to how some car manufacturers work. With Armony Cucine all units (unless otherwise requested) come pre-built, which makes life so much easier, when it comes to fitting.
The lacquering factories are magnificent sites, seeing first hand how Armony Cucine produces some of the most beautiful lacquered kitchens in the world was fantastic. The innovations in these factories are numerous - including a racking system that goes up, rather than out to keep as much space as possible for people and machinery. All the lacquered items made in this factory are hand buffed, polished and finished by skilled workers at the factories to make sure that Italian chic feeling is present in every door and panel.
